If there’s a better feeling than helping people, I still haven’t found it. Being your go-to trusted resource in navigating the ins and outs of home buying and selling means the world to me, because there’s nothing more important than a person’s home. With honesty, integrity, and compassion, I can’t wait to help you in your next chapter.

Beyond years of knowledge and experience in the Portland market, I bring with me a team of housing experts ready to help you navigate every moving piece of the process. My goal? Make it seamless and make it stress-free, achieving the best possible outcome for my clients. Making that happen means bringing together skills I’ve honed in Real Estate and wine sales management—a blend of negotiation tactics, strong communication, and an ability to stay even-keeled during even the most stressful situations.

Above all, I understand how big home buying and selling can be. The kind of big that you plan for years in advance. The kind that turns a normal conversation into a stressful one, and makes to rethink your decisions entirely. But I believe it can be the right kind of big, too. Like the feeling that comes when you hold your new keys for the first time, or the indescribable joy in knowing that great, big, beautiful house is yours. No one will work harder for you than I will to make one of life’s biggest moments a positive one.

Ashley has been wonderful and amazing as a realtor. She is a great asset to have on your team. Ashley truly made this process as painless as possible even though the other side was moving at a snail's pace. She was always available, responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. She was always on top of things, and if she did not know the answer, she would find out in a timely fashion. If there was an above and beyond award, she deserves it. Honestly, for the time and effort she put into helping us, she deserves a raise. She is the epitome of customer service and all realtors should try to emulate her. That is how happy we are with Ashley's work.

— Wei and Sandy F.

Ashley was the perfect agent for helping us buy a home from across the country. She really works with her clients’ best interest in mind and goes out of her way to gain as much information as possible to ensure the properties would be a good purchase. My wife and I enjoyed working with her. We would recommend her to anyone, and will definitely use her expertise again in the future.

— Judd S.

I've worked with real estate professionals on the purchase of three residential properties. My most recent one was the most complex of any of the previous transactions because it entailed the purchase of property from a "receivership". It is rare that a real estate transaction is as complex as what I experienced and I could not have completed this purchase without the help of Ashley Bronson. She proved to be an amazingly dedicated and committed professional. Ashley has an impressive work ethic, extensive professional knowledge, tenacity, determination and patience. I've never worked with anyone whose contribution was so valuable and essential to a successful outcome. I recommend Ashley Bronson without reservation.

Ashley became our buyer’s agent 2+ years ago when we began planning a cross country move. During that time, she kept us informed about market trends and availability; met with us when we came to Portland to visit family. We finally arrived in Portland in December and our search for a house became real. Thanks to Ashley’s relational approach she had taken the time to get to know us and understand our needs. Thanks to her knowledge of Portland neighborhoods and the intricacies of real estate she kept us focused and realistic. Throughout the process, Ashley was easy to contact and responsive to our ideas and questions. She is a great listener who helped us through the frustrations of the hot, hard at times, Portland real estate market. She understood our limits and helped us to stay in them, all the while remaining optimistic. When at last we found a house that felt right, Ashley worked extremely hard to make it ours. She provided excellent counsel throughout the price negotiation part of the process, leading to an accepted offer. She set goals that made the closing happen about as fast as one could hope for; inspections were done, bids from contractors obtained, work scheduled. After the closing Ashley provided excellent follow up to make certain promises made by the seller had been fulfilled. We feel very blessed to have had Ashley’s assistance finding the home we genuinely love. She is personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable, all qualities one would hope for in a competent buyer’s agent. In addition, she is a person of integrity who is authentic, diligent, and proactive, qualities that make her an exceptional agent.

Ashely is hands down the best. She has helped my family purchase and sell a home, she is very knowledgeable, supportive, and hands on. She is also willing to go the extra mile for her clients!! We love working with Ashley and very thankful for all her support!

— Jordan J.

I found Ashley to be very quick-witted, very bright, extremely knowledgeable about the real estate process and was able to answer most questions on the spot. And if unable to answer immediately, she always followed through with an answer after consult to find the info. All other professionals expressed she was easy to work with. She maintained constant vigilance on pricing comparison of property values all the way to the last 2 weeks when she felt the house and the market would support an additional rise in the asking price when going live. I met Ashley when attending an open house for my next door neighbor. I discussed needing to sell my house, and discussed an equal pull on myself to not sell. I saw 4 other realtors over recent years and was not enthused. I was ready to give up and sell it as-is before even trying to start. I had been in the house for over 30 years and was attached to it despite needing to sell for retirement and other financial reasons. I say I was attached to the house, but it was more of an entrenchment! I was overwhelmed with the amount of work necessary to repair and upgrade my house for sale. Ashley is saint-like with her patience, and is one of the most positive people I have ever met. She has vision and imagination. She relentlessly retorted positively to my cynicism and made persistent suggestions of tasks to make the house appealing to a new buyer. I kept resisting with almost every suggestion until realizing she was right and I would then ultimately proceed with the task. She patiently kept suggesting items one at a time to keep me from being overwhelmed to a point of dysfunction. It took a while before I stopped resisting and just began total trust in Ashley. At that point finally, if she suggested something, I just asked “what color?” She connected me with a vast source of contractors ranging in price and quality to help me ready my house. She was able to get appointments with contractors at the height of the summer contractor season. She made appointments for estimates when I was too busy working on the house and when contractors were too busy to come, they came anyway for Ashley. And she often met contractors at the house to ensure they were guided to what work was desired. She gently prodded me to take on tasks I could do myself, and she did the research to locate those products necessary for the task — the product type, where to get it, the correct color, everything! She was able to find a contractor who did kitchen and bath upgrades as an alternative to replacement at greater expense. This was not only a great savings, but everybody who saw the work of the kitchen/bath upgrade repairs was “wowed”. She expressed as much excitement as I felt to see the house take shape when she periodically came by to connect with me or contractor’s progress. She made the whole process flow — everything from legal real estate issues to kitchen counter repairs. I was able to list for about $80k higher than I originally intended. And by the time we were on the market, I wanted to stay because it looked so nice. Ashley also made the closing go very smoothly, very professionally, and very innocuously. She maintains her connection after the sale. I recommend Ashley highly to all I meet.

My wife and I moved to Oregon and spent over 9 months looking at homes to buy in the Portland area. We met Ashley at an open house and quickly knew almost immediately that she was the agent we wanted. She quickly understood our needs in a home and adapted to our- shall I say- peculiarities in the way we approached the process. She was responsive to a fault and always made us feel that she was ready to move at a moments notice, displaying a lot of patience with us over the lengthy process. I have already recommended her to friends, will continue to do so, and she is my go-to for our next real-estate transaction.

— Mark P.

We lucked out meeting Ashley at an open house before we were really looking for homes. It was my first time buying a home and Ashley was super helpful; very responsive and never pushy. She did a great job guiding us through the process and we feel really good about results of our negotiation. We're very thankful to have had her as our agent!

— Jeb H.

Ashley went above and beyond her duties as a realtor by getting us contractor bids on all home inspection discrepancies, especially since we were remote. We did not have a realtor and were just assigned to Ashley...it could not have been any better. Ashley is a very pleasant person to do business with.

— Carole J.

Ashley Bronson is truly such an amazing real estate agent. She helped us navigate the difficulties of selling and buying in Portland's mercurial market. We sold our house for above asking in under a week and she helped us to find the perfect home for our needs and budget. She was always available for questions or ideas and really listened to what we were looking for. We cannot recommend her enough - if you are looking for someone who is smart about the real estate market and sensitive to her client's needs, Ashley is the real estate agent for you!

— Rebecca L.

This past spring we were looking for a house in our daughter's neighborhood when we met Ashley at an open house nearby. Because our search area was pretty small we were able to quickly zero in on the right house for us. Ashley showed us the house on short notice and guided us through the offer, inspection, negotiation, and closing processes so that we were able to move into our house in short order. Ashley is a very competent realtor, taking the time to introduce herself and her company and making sure that everything is done correctly and on time. She is very pleasant and congenial. We highly recommend her.

— Mat and Linda M.

This was our first home-buying experience, and we felt very anxious going into this process. Once we met Ashley, this quickly changed. Her friendliness and professionalism gave us the confidence we needed to find the right house for us. Her knowledge about the local neighborhoods and current trends helped tremendously. Most importantly, she always made time for us, and was there to make things go smoothly every step of the way. We highly recommend her services, especially for first-time buyers who might otherwise feel alone in this process.

— Jesse K.

It’s about quality over quantity. At Hasson, we take tremendous pride in associating only with agents who epitomize the service, communication and professionalism that our company is known for. The agents and the company are dependent upon each other to achieve the greatest success.

"Ashley is amazing. She made our home buying process seamless and she was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable every step of the way. We can't recommend her highly enough.

My wife and I are not new to home buying (this is house #6) but we're new to Portland. We initially started visiting open houses to get a sense for the market, our desired neighborhood, and to meet realtors in hopes of finding someone we clicked with. Our sights were set on buying in Spring of 2022.

We met Ashley at an open house for a condo in NW back in early 2021. We loved her immediately, and she was on our "short list" but then we ran into her at a different open house probably six months later in a completely different neighborhood, and she remembered us! That really sealed the deal for us, and we knew we'd pick her when we were ready to start looking.

Fast forward a few more months and our casual home browsing lead us to finding what we were pretty certain was our dream home. We didn't quite have our ducks in a row, but couldn't stop thinking about the house, so we e-mailed Ashley. In the matter of a couple of days she helped us connect with a local lender (who was also amazing) to get pre-approved, got us a tour of the house, and helped us submit an offer on a very tight deadline. Even better, our offer was accepted!

We know it was Ashley's professionalism and expert guidance that helped us get to closing and we couldn't be more thankful. When we first met her we appreciated that she welcomed us to reach out but didn't bombard us with check-ins, when I e-mailed her about the house I appreciate that she was willing to talk to us and help us get organized even though, admittedly fast tracking our buying timeline made us a bit of a hot mess, and as we went through the closing process we appreciated that we always felt like we could check in or come to her with questions.

After moving multiple times in the past few years, we truly hope this house is home for quite awhile, but we'd immediately pick Ashley again if we needed a Relator and enthusiastically recommend her to our friends."

"I met Ashley at an open house she was hosting a few years back, she was very nice, proactive, and kept up the 'sphere' contacts.

I was finally ready to buy this year, but was going back & forth between a SFR and a townhouse. I found a cute townhouse on redfin, asked Ashley to make an offer for me going by the 3D walkthrough on redfin. Ashley insisted having a FaceTime walkthrough to make sure which I appreciated.

However being nice & sweet alone doesn't make one a great agent.
1. I did the market analysis myself by downloading data from redfin into excel and created pivot tables to analyze pricing & trends. She seemed to be too busy to run market analysis.
2. During the offer/counteroffer, Ashley was a messenger, "they said this, what do you want to do?" kind of thing, I did the negotiation myself and she passed the messages back and forth.

3. Up to that point, I still appreciated her services, but what killed all the good will and future businesses (myself & referrals), was that even though the funding was done around noon and deed was recorded before 1PM, Ashley refused to give me key to the house, - she told me congrats and the house was mine, but insisted that I couldn't get into the house until 5PM per contract possession time, and waited until exactly 5PM to text me the code to keybox. I had purchased 5 properties previously, every time my agent would tell me where to look for key when recording was done. I asked other agents at local open houses in my new neighborhood, all said the same, that "when the deed is record, it doesn't matter anymore, the house is yours."

The agony she put me through waiting around 3+ hours in a car full of stuff & 2 senior cats, was beyond frustrating. Is she really that inexperienced?

If you need someone who's analytical, strategic and can think outside of the box, look elsewhere."
