Owning a home provides you with a profound sense of place, pride, security, and foundation. The subsequent joys of moving into the space and making it our own are memories I’ll always cherish.
I became a real estate broker so that I could share in this transformative experience with others. It fills me with happiness to help others find a home to call their own, and knowing that I helped them find the best fit is its own reward. Spending the time to get to know my clients and to understand who they are and what they want out of life is a vital part of getting to that happy ending where I hand them the keys and they get their new life canvas.
Of equal importance is an understanding of the Pacific Northwest market, which comes naturally to me as a seventh generation Oregonian. In fact, my family came over the Oregon trail in the 1840’s! It’s those deep roots, combined with my interest in the diverse neighborhoods of Portland and the attention I pay to local market trends that enable me to provide the most for my clients.
I know in my heart that there’s no place like Oregon. No other state has the geographic diversity and culture that we do, and I love that fact almost as much as I love sharing in it with others. I’ve traveled extensively, living as far abroad as Belgium and New Zealand, and Oregon is where I come back to, and always will.
