Christina Chamberlain was born into a real estate family in Southern California and has been in the industry since she was licensed in 2004. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law.
Prior to joining The Hasson Company, Christina had an impressive career in a variety of different roles having to do with both law and real estate, most recently as a real estate attorney. She previously worked as a law clerk in estate planning, corporate and administrative law; a residential and commercial real estate broker; a VP of property management and investment division; an accounting and financial advisor; and a broker’s assistant. As a real estate attorney, she represented clients in transactions valuing over $400 million. Christina understands the complexity of the real estate transaction and has seen and solved nearly every problem that stands in the way of closing the deal. She is also a real estate investor who is extremely knowledgeable about the local market.
Christina has lived in the Portland area since 2011, and now lives in Northwest Portland/the Alphabet District with her husband and three kids. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, snow skiing, running, cycling and playing tennis. Christina is equally adept with a boat hook or ski poles as she is steering her clients through the nuances of real estate transactions.
