Green Certified
Many organizations (LEED, Earth Advantage, and others) offer the ability for a building to become certified, meaning that the structure has met their standards in environmental responsibility. Checking the Green Certified box will return to you only homes and properties which have one or more of those certifications.
Keyword Help
Type in any keyword such as pool, hardwood, or granite. You can enter multiple keywords; just separate them with commas. If your keywords match a listing, that property will be returned in your search.
Green Features
Green Features are attributes that make a Portland home more environmentally friendly. There are many items that could be considered green features, including bamboo flooring, solar panels, and rainwater collection systems.
