Tim and Melissa helped us to buy a house few years ago, and now, when we feel ready to buy another one, we just talk with them, explained what we want and the conditions. Voilà, we made an offer, it got accepted with went thru the entire process of inspection, financing, documents, signing some of them in the US consulate (this was an expensive part) and finally visit the house few months later.

"We've been fortunate to work with Tim & Melissa on 3 real estate transactions. We first met Tim & Melissa when we were being relocated from Philadelphia to Portland and are so thankful we got to work with them on the purchase of our first home in Beaverton. "The Finns are awesome. This was our second transaction, the first being three years ago when we moved to Portland and Tim was referred by my husband's new employer. We purchased a really great house in a newer neighborhood and Tim's expert reading of the other agent and negotiations allowed us to get it for a great price.

Fast forward to now, we find a new house on a whim and need Tim and Melissa to navigate a multiple office situation with a unique property. Everything moved very quickly. They perfectly predicted what it would take to get our new house and kept us calm along the way (I should mention I am super type a and used to be in real estate myself so this is no easy task). They spent half of Mother's Day on the phone with us walking us through every scenario. We ended up having a lender snafu that screwed up our closing and I'm so thankful Tim and Melissa could represent us through that as well.
