Gresham


Gresham is an extremely friendly community that provides residents a comfortable quality of life. Serving as a resting spot for early pioneers migrating to Portland, the area was simply known as Campground because of its heavily forested environment. In 1884, a post office was established in order to designate the area as a city, and was named after Postmaster General Walter Q. Gresham. The city wasn’t officially incorporated until 1905.
