Significant development of the Southwest Hills dates back to the late 1800’s, when a cable car was installed allowing year-round access to the heights; previously, winter rains had made the steep, dirt roads impassable. Portland Heights, along with Council Crest are located above Goose Hollow and downtown Portland.

 

VIBE AND STYLE
