Hasson Agent Keeps on Truckin', Proving the Season of Giving Lasts All Year Long for Portland Area Families

Craig Reger is more than just one of The Hasson Company's top-producing Realtors, he is passionate about supporting the Portland metropolitan area's diverse communities, especially in his own backyard of Beaverton. Reger has served families throughout the local area on a number of levels - from helping build homes to donating the use of his moving truck to local charities.
For more than two years, Reger has donated a portion of each of his closings to the Portland chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He has been known to take an extra step in thanking various clients by making further contributions to the charity in their names as well. This year, the Craig Reger Group's donations were enough to co-sponsor the building of an entire house for a deserving North Portland family who celebrated a safe and warm holiday season in their new home.
Known in the industry for owning a personal moving truck for his clients' use, Reger often donates its service to non-profit organizations as well. Groups like the Make-A-Wish Foundation have used the vehicle to meet the needs of local families. Human Solutions, a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering low income families, recently used the truck to ensure that young mothers were able to provide their children with a Christmas this year.
"It is very important to me that I give something back to the community that has given me so much," says Reger, a Realtor with The Hasson Company's Portland West branch. "Joining forces with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and others enables me to help make the pursuit of homeownership and the American Dream a possibility for all families."
Reger's spirit of giving spreads even further throughout the community. He has also sponsored numerous Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops, local school events, Little League teams and countless other organizations.
