1. Meet with your Hasson agent

Discuss your goals and determine a course of action.

2. Select your lender

Meet with your loan officer to secure proper financing and be prepared with a "Pre-Approval Letter" in hand.

3. Begin your search

Your agent will provide you with market data, show you properties, and guide you to various media to find the perfect home.

4. Seal the deal

Once a property has been identified and thoroughly evaluated, your Hasson agent will prepare an offer, negotiate on your behalf, and begin the escrow process.

5. Escrow process

During the escrow process there are many obstacles to maneuver along the way. Your Hasson agent has the knowledge, experience and expertise to help you navigate through:

  • Loan application
  • Appraisal
  • Home inspection which may include other inspections such as radon, sewer scope, oil tanks, wells, septic tanks, siding and boundary lines
  • Inspection repair process
  • Condition of title

6. Closing day

Your Hasson agent will help you review the closing statement and guide you to the appropriate professional to answer any remaining questions. Once papers are signed, documents are recorded and funds are disbursed, the transaction has been completed.
