The South Waterfront neighborhood is located on the banks of the Willamette River at the south edge of downtown Portland. Created out of a partnership between the City of Portland, the Portland Development Commission and Oregon Health & Science University, the area is dedicated to enhanced city living, while remaining environmentally responsible.
