Situated atop the picturesque West Hills of Portland, the Forest Heights neighborhood enjoys some of the best views in the city. The land and surrounding territory weren’t settled until after the Oregon Donation Land Act of 1850. The area was purchased by developers in 1969, but construction did not commence until 1983, making this development one of Portland’s newest.
