Print Agent Bio

While growing up in Seattle, Dineve had plenty of exposure to the fast-paced housing market through her parents’ family-owned mortgage company, and grew to admire the complexity of the market forces involved. In college she was a property manager, where she continued to hone her market instincts.

Ultimately, her passion and knack for real estate reached a point where she couldn’t ignore it any longer, and she made the jump from full time student at UCLA on full academic scholarship to full time real estate agent. Looking back, she describes it as the best decision of her life.

A Certified Negotiation Expert from the Real Estate Institute, this firecracker loves the thrill of fighting for her client’s best interests. She has that perfect mix of creativity, personality, and aggressive attitude which makes a top-tier real estate broker.

Beyond her passion for real estate, Dineve is completely in love with the Vancouver area. A self-proclaimed locavore, she believes that a community becomes what you put into it. When she’s not working with her clients, you can find her shopping at local stores, or enjoying the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest.

“I know how choosing 'the best realtor' can be very stressful because there's probably plenty of us out there. I suggest you give me a call and just say hi, get to know me before you hire me. See if you like my attitude and personality. Throughout the years I have learned that each person and each transaction is different. So I simply tailor my duties to your needs. Talk to you soon!” - Dineve

Dineve helped us sell our Vancouver home. She was honest, always available, answered all of our questions, gave us great advice on pricing, and sold our house above asking within a week of being on the market. Her photographer is phenomenal. She's the pit bull real estate agent you want on your side. I wish we could clone Dineve and have her as our agent in San Francisco. Thanks, Dineve!!!!!

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for crappy realtors. If you choose Dineve now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you. .......... Ok, there is nothing extra I can say. Dineve is fantastic. Remember how many guys Liam Neeson killed in Taken? Remember all that fighting? That is how Dineve fights for her clients (minus the shooting and stabbing). Friendly, knowledgable, responds to emails and texts in seconds, and is just a friendly a cool person I want to go have a beer and eat some burgers with. My wife even liked her, and my wife hates most women, especially swarmy sales person types. Chose her, or I call Liam... (Ps. If you don't chose Dineve, I won't actually kill you. Well, probably not. I will just laugh at you for your poor choices) oh, and go watch the movie "taken" if you don't get this review.

Dineve's awesome. Definitely use her, she's always got your back. Detailed (Long Winded) Review: What is the job of an agent today? Anyone can find listings online at sites like Zillow or Redfin. I think the job of an agent today is to not show their clients houses but to negotiate and fight for their clients rights, to expect the unexpected and to close your escrow no matter what the hurdles. We relocated from California and needed an agent to really help us because we wouldn't be in the area yet. Dineve did just that. We found houses we wanted to look at on Zillow and Redfin, setup a time to fly in and Dineve did the research and setup the viewings. We found the house that we wanted, our dream house really. Now it was Dineve's time to shine. First, she got us a second viewing the next day before we flew back out, then she came up with an offer sheet and submitted it. It was accepted. Now came the hard parts. After the inspection, we had about 25 repairs that were pointed out. Some of them were really minor and we didn't want to call them out in case the seller balked. On Dineve's recommendation, we submitted them all and she got the seller to do all but one! We would have been happy if they did 5 or didn't do any at all to tell you the truth but Dineve fought for us. Next hurdle was the appraisal. It came in $25K under the agreed upon price. We were ready to try and come up with the whole $25K but were hoping to meet in the middle. Dineve negotiated for the seller to pay all of it! We got the house for $25K less because of her hard work! Next came the closing. We had issues with the buyers of our house in Long Beach that caused a few delays. Dineve worked closely with our agent in California, our lender, the Escrow folks and the sellers agent throughout everything. She kept pushing to make it close on time and because of her it did. Your transaction might not be as complicated as ours was (and it was pretty complicated) but do you want to take that chance? Work with the best, work with Dineve.

"Dineve is the best of what she do. She’s very knowledgeable and very responsive every time we message her no matter what time of day it is. She took us on all the houses we want to check out. We are friends but every time we meet with her about the house she’s our realtor. She’s very professional. And I’m not saying all this good stuff about her because we are friends but because she deserve all this good words about her."

"Knowledge, responsiveness, expertise, negotiation skills all are highly important and make for a great realtor. She exemplified all those and guided us each step of the way when we decided to list our property. I felt like we had more challenges than usual because our property was a rental, and we had to deal with tenants while selling the house. And When challenges did come, she was ready with options for us. But she also knew when to step back and let us think and decide. Whatever our decision was, she respected and I never felt a dislike from her to whatever decision we arrived at, instead was always in full support. She was a great resource person when we needed services for the house. She was always there to represent us even with our contractors and tenants when time would not allow us to be present. Now, our listing was small compared with others she had, but her services were definitely not small.
I think there are other realtors who are really knowledgeable, have expertise and all, and I highly respect all of them for what they do, but what I really like with Dineve is her heart behind all those qualities - her passion to what she does and her commiment to helping her clients achieve their objective."

"We found Dineve via yelp reviews, and were looking to relocate from Indiana to southwestern Washington state. I cannot even put into words how talented she is at her job. We were dealing with a stressful cross country move, and lack of time to invest into multiple flights to review properties. Dineve went the extra mile to conduct video reviews of the properties we were interested in. We have just settled in to the first night of our new home, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dineve is kind, knowledgeable, hospitable, and extremely responsive. I can’t recommend her highly enough. We couldn’t have done this with out her!"
