David has been a part of the Portland real estate scene since 1989. With an extensive background in rental management, development, and investment property, David has the skills to handle most any situation. From first time buyers to seasoned investors, he will help simplify your transaction. He presents all the information and provides a detailed overview of the process, so that you, the client, can make the most informed decision. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a great sense of humor, make David your ideal agent.

   

While always active in the local real estate market, David spent many years working on the Willamette and Columbia Rivers ultimately obtaining his 200-ton master's license.  He then went on to own and operate a successful marine fuel barge transportation company in the San Francisco Bay. David is an avid golfer, skier, and outdoorsman, with a wonderful partner, Lisa, and two beautiful daughters.
