Courtney worked hard for us during the sale of our home. We started with a fairly long time line and initially she came out and consulted with us on upgrades and changes, which would result in the best bang for our buck. When we became ready to sell, Courtney worked hard to get our house looking it's best, and brought in a very good photographers. During the sale process she was their to consult with, answer questions and calm us through a stressful selling process. She was always honest and straight forward, and when we asked her opinion she gave it. I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone needing a realtor.

Excellent understanding of our needs in finding a home. Quick response to any questions we had.

Courtney was incredibly helpful in this process of buying our new home. She asked all the right questions, followed-up on any wonderings we had, and got back to us with answers right away. She is on-point, though not at all pushy - she truly had our best interest at heart the entire time.

"Courtney was our realtor for our first home & we did not hesitate to call her again. We learned the challenges & nuances of trying to sell & buy at the same time. She made the process as stress free as it could be; she was extremely knowledgeable & efficient in processes; she gave us great & sound advice while still allowing us some ownership of what our goals were. She never made us feel bad about looking at so many houses, asking so many questions, or being stubborn. She really is an extension of our family."

"Courtney was fabulous and we are so grateful for getting the opportunity to work with her. Knowledgeable about the community and was so patient with us throughout the process. Her communication was excellent and we could not have asked for a better realtor - she helped us both on a professional level and a personal level as we relocated here from out of state. Couldn't be more thrilled with her!"

"I was very disappointed with Courtney with how she handled the negotiations for our house in SW Portland. We paid an extra $10-15k over on our house because of her lack of negotiation on our behalf, perhaps because the seller was represented by her colleague. She didn’t help us really think about the investment even though she was helping us as a relocation rep provided by our employer. We really wish we went with an alternative realtor who would’ve fought for us more."
