Catering Options for Thanksgiving in the Portland Area 2020

  |  Neighborhood Insight, Portland, Southwest Washington, Your Place

We are looking forward with much anticipation — and hunger — for one of our favorite days of the year: Thanksgiving! This holiday is marked by ample time with friends and family, cozy and lazy days spent at home, and of course, all the delicious food our stomachs can handle.

If you’re not up for the task of cooking for the masses this year, there are plenty of ways to get some of your favorite Thanksgiving dishes on the table. To streamline the process, consider ordering a pre-made feast from a catering company, grocery store or restaurant in the Portland area! These cooks are providing all the must-haves your family is craving, from turkey to stuffing, and mashed potatoes to pumpkin pie. All you have to do is place your order, arrange the pickup or delivery, set the table, and dig in!

Spend a little less time stressing over the meal and a lot more time enjoying each bite — and precious time with loved ones.

Jake’s Grill

Situated in the heart of downtown Portland, Jake’s Grill serves American fare including steak and seafood for lunch and dinner with a popular happy hour. So you know they do Thanksgiving well — and thankfully, they’re open on the holiday! In addition to their regular dinner menu, Jake’s Grill is serving a traditional Thanksgiving menu served family style, which you can order for dine-in, takeout or delivery. The menu includes slow-roasted Tom turkey with gravy, homemade cranberry and raspberry compote, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, wild mushroom sage stuffing, green beans almondine, and honey-glazed carrots. This meal is $35.95 for adults and just $10 for children!
