Named for the song “Pink Rabbits” by The National, Pink Rabbit is a brand new cocktail bar in the Pearl District. The space has a vibrant ’80s-esque vibe, complete with colorful artwork, greenery, blue velvet seats, and other quirky details. Enjoy their exceptional cocktail menu, with inventive drinks named after phrases from songs by The National, at lower prices during their daily happy hour. And don’t miss the variety of small bites and larger plates to complement your drink of choice!

The swanky Headwaters at the Heathman, from James Beard Award-winning Vitaly Paley, has an excellent happy hour all week long (with varying hours!). Enjoy a variety of small bites and larger dishes, such as the Heathman Burger for $8, crispy fries for $3, a crispy oyster slider for $5, and more. Plus, they offer a variety of drink specials, like $4 beer and $6 cocktails.

Patton Maryland is a relatively new addition to North Portland, serving Southern-inspired pub fare. All Day Every Day
Shift Drinks offers an undeniably unique approach to happy hour, by offering specials all day every day. The happy hour (or should we say happy day menu?) includes snacks from $3–6 and a variety of discounted drinks, like $3 beer, $7 wine, and cocktails ranging from $5–7. There’s a reason Shift Drinks is known as “a professional drinking establishment.”
4–6 p.m. Daily | All Day Sunday | Late Night HH: 10–11 p.m.
You have two opportunities to take advantage of happy hour at Bar Casa Vale, a cozy, wood-fired Spanish-inspired bar and restaurant from Nate Tilden. Enjoy happy hour from 4–6 p.m. and 10–11 p.m., with offerings like marinated olives ($5), flatbread ($9), a grilled pork skewer ($6), the BCV Burger ($9) and more. Drinks, including draft beer, cocktails, and wine, range from $5–7.

This trendy, laid-back bar in Alberta has happy hour every day, with offerings like $2 popcorn, $4 fries, $6 fried Brussels sprouts, $4 sliders and other snacks, plus $1 off wells, drafts, house cocktails, wine and other drink deals.
5–6 p.m. + 9:30–Midnight Daily

Bang Bang is a popular Thai-inspired eatery focused on comfort food and drinking snacks. They have two time slots for happy hour — from 5–6 p.m. and 9:30–midnight — when you can get a number of skewers for $2–3 and other snacks from $2–7, plus cocktails ranging from $9–12.
4–6 p.m. Daily
From talented Seattle chefs Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, Revelry serves Korean street fare and inventive cocktails. During their daily happy hour, sip on $8 wine and cocktails, like Missed Connections made with bourbon, ginger beer and meletti amaro. Snacks range from $3–11.
3–6 p.m. + 10 p.m.–Close Daily
This popular hangout spot downtown is known for its award-winning bar program directed by cocktail master Jeffrey Morgenthaler. During happy hour, sample some of his unique creations, like the Champagne Supernova — made with gin, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, blanc vermouth, and grapefruit peel — for just $7. The happy hour menu also has a variety of snacks, small plates and desserts, including popcorn, fries, a burger, a macaron plate and more.
2–6 p.m. Monday–Friday | 3–6 p.m. Saturday + Sunday (Plus Late Night HH**)
Another local favorite from Vitaly Paley, Imperial offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy discounted food and drinks all week long, with happy hour running Monday through Friday from 2–6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 3–6 p.m. and a special late night happy hour. The late happy hour is from 10–11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m.–midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Vintage Cocktail Lounge is not especially known for inexpensive cocktails. But during happy hour, retreat to this intimate, cozy space for a variety of high-end cocktails for just $6, plus $5 beer and wine, and a few snacks for just $2–3.
4–6 p.m. Daily | All Day Monday
Tucked inside a darling Victorian home in the Alphabet District, the Pope House is a cozy Kentucky-themed cocktail bar. Their daily happy hour offers $1 off pints, wells and house wines, plus $6 cocktails, which are normally $8 during “sad hours” (as they call it). You can also enjoy discounted plates, like black-eyed pea hummus, deviled eggs, pork sliders and hushpuppies from 4–7, 10–close and all day Monday.
5–6 p.m. Monday–Thursday | 4–6 p.m. Friday–Sunday
This laid-back hangout spot in East Portland offers happy hour for just an hour Monday through Thursday and an additional hour on the weekends! Enjoy discounted cocktails and wines, plus a variety of small plates, including deviled eggs for $4, pimento cheese toast for $5, oysters on the half shell for $1.50, wood oven flatbread for $10 and more.
2–8 p.m. Daily | All Day Sunday
Hawthorne’s Gold Dust Meridian has one of the most extensive happy hours in the city, offered from 2–8 p.m. every single day. Drink specials include wells, pints and wine. Plus, you can enjoy a variety of cheap eats, including their famous Gold Dust Wings priced at just $7.
