Ring in the new year with Duke Ellington’s delightfully cheeky twist on Tchaikovsky’s classic, followed by Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony and its glorious Ode to Joy. With two performances, on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Eve Eve, Big Band and Beethoven is an exhilarating concert you don’t want to miss!

 

105.9 The Brew Year’s Eve Party Featuring Steel Panther

Rock out with Steel Panther at the McMenamins Crystal Ballroom this New Year’s Eve! Or should we say Brew Year’s Eve? Tickets for this 21+ show are $42.50 in advance or $45 at the door.

 

Jerry Joseph & the Jackmormons New Year’s Run

December 29–31 | 9 p.m.

Mississippi Studios

Fans of Jerry Joseph & the Jackmormons have three chances to hear them play at Mississippi Studios leading up to New Year’s Eve. This talented band is putting on three separate shows, on the 29th, 30th and 31st — or you can opt for a three-day pass if you can’t settle for just one night!

The Blue Ball New Year’s Eve Party

This exciting New Year’s Eve party at Alberta Rose Theatre features non-stop music from the Portland-based Saloon Ensemble, Sepiatonic, and DJ Montel Spinozza. Tickets are $35 in advance and $45 at the door!

 

White Eagle 2019 New Year’s Eve Celebration

December 31 | 9 p.m.

White Eagle Saloon

Party with The Parson Red Heads, a rock ‘n roll band from Portland by way of Los Angeles. Turn the concert into a staycation by booking an exclusive overnight package at the White Eagle Hotel, which includes lodging for two, surprise amenities, admission to the show, and a sparkling wine toast at midnight.

 

NYE Party With Tezeta Band Featuring DJ Derek Smith

The Secret Society

Absolut Vodka Presents NYE Dueling Pianos With Liz Fohl and Steven Ramirez

Don’t miss Old Town’s biggest New Year’s Eve celebration, presented by Absolut Vodka. This year, witness an inspiring performance from pianists Liz Fohl and Steven Ramirez. EastBurn’s New Year’s Eve Party & Dinner

December 31 | 9 p.m.–2 a.m.

EastBurn Public House

The EastBurn is the place to be this New Year’s Eve! This lively public house is offering NYE dinner specials from 3–10 p.m., lots of dancing, and a champagne toast at midnight. The taproom opens at 6, the DJs start at 9, and Hans and the Wanted play at 10. This 21+ event has a $10 cover.

This NYE Masquerade event is a Bollywood, Bhangra, EDM and Global Music dance party — AKA the perfect way to ring in 2019! Inside the historic Hawthorne Theatre, you can dance the night away on two separate dance floors with five top DJs and multiple mesmerizing performers. Your ticket includes a fancy mask and other party favors! Tickets are $35 in advance and $47 at the door.
